Hi Tom, I Need to be able to limit Rapid move on the Z axis. I have this axis working with a Stepper motor and the Rapid will sometimes cause the axis to loose steps. I have been changing the Accel, Velocity and Jerk. thinking that would limit it but It didn't, can you point me in the right direction.

Hi Steve,
The Velocity setting in KFLOP should limit Rapid Speed. A common problem is to have too high of a velocity setting but think it is ok because testing it on a small move where full speed is never obtained. Make a large move using the KMotion Step Response Screen and select to plot Velocity.
